I went in there for a back brace and was graciously helped. The sales associate was very kind and helpful. The store is large and has a wide array of medical equipment.

4.5 stars. Many thanks to Amanda and Rebecca for their great customer service helping a visiting Canadian tourist who forgot important parts of his CPAP machine at home. I got the parts, the prices were fair, and the service was professional and pleasant.
