This firm is probably OK for their established clients. Last year after this firm requested all of our confidential information including our businesses tax returns, we spoke to Erik who seemed like someone who could help us accomplish our objectives. He committed to working with us and after that he never replied to our emails or calls. It was very unprofessional and frustrating, especially since we had invested a lot of time trying to find a qualified CPA and he had been chosen among three firms that had been referred to us.

Zero issues with Paul Bouvier for over a decade. Lack of responsiveness on part Bloom who took over and new managing partner who did not return calls when he worked for Paul and does not now when asked to discuss a $1450 tax bill (originally $1600) for preparing a simple tax return. Other preparers would have charged one third the cost. Would not do business with them again.

The best accounting firm I have dealt with in nearly 20 years of running multiple businesses. They are professional, detail oriented and are always available for questions or concerns. Highly recommend, even if you are outside the Brevard County area.

Horrible and incompetent! I moved from out of state and own a business which i registered in Florida They had my taxes so messed up and told me I have to file a return in every state that I get business from which is completely wrong. There were so many things wrong on top of this. They were also doing my bookkeeping and I’m a very small business. Very basic and same routine every month. I paid them monthly and they weren’t doing any work on my books for months while I was paying them! When I told them I was firing them they scrambled to get caught up and They messed things up so bad and how they did I have no idea the incompetence. Since then I figured it out myself and had to fix all their mistakes. Never would I recommend them!

Unhappy with our previous accountant, I switched to Bouvier & Associates based off of a recommendation from a business owner I work with here in Brevard. They have been handling my business and personal taxes for my family for 3 years now and we could not be happier. I have worked with two other accounting firms in the area, and in comparison the results and service we have received from Bouvier & Associates is on another level.
