I showed up to the store around 1:30PM but they were on lunch so left and came back at 2:30PM and the store was still locked due to the employee(s) still being on lunch, I am unaware of their lunch times but I am pretty sure lunch shouldn’t be until 3PM. If they have modified Lunch times when the store is locked this should be identified online before customers arrive at their location.

Went into Wickham Rd store Sunday Feb 19th woman in the store deleted my Facebook app and I am locked out will not download againI suggest going somewhere with employees who know what they are doing

Boost service is functionally useless in this area. The store is fine, but their cell service in this area is horrible. My phone almost never works indoors. The phone itself (a Motoroloa) only works on speakerphone. If I need to have an important conversation and I want to be sure they can hear me while talking, I borrow someone else's phone. It's constantly frustrating. I gave it 6 months, and it's just no good. I would never consider using them again until they improve cell service in this area. Save yourself the frustration, and try Verizon prepaid (Wal-Mart) or Metro.

Couldn't get answer from customer service, couldn't get anyone from this store where this phone was bought to answer the phone during buisness hours on the 15th, 16th, and on the 17th I went to store to see open signs on but no one there and no answer from10:39am-until 12:03pm so we discontinued using boost mobile.

I called them last night no answer. I went there today around 120 ish, sign says open but no one was inside. Door locked. No note was left to indicate if the employees were on lunch or when they would be back. I left and called them around 3 ish, no answer again. I went to the one down wickham road right before the 192 intersection and got the help i needed.So if your going here, i would suggest to call first.
