I'm not sure why, if you schedule an appointment for 11:15, the car doesn't actually go in to the garage until two hours later... Anyways...
This is a story of two visits. The first visit was normal maintenance. It was my first time at this dealership. I had always had decent results with a similar Mazda dealership down south, and had just moved here, so I wanted to give them a try. They failed miserably. They took an hour longer than they promised, they did not fix what they said they'd fix, and the representative got very aggressive with me. Naturally, their Customer Survey was returned with a negative review.
This prompted a call from their manager. He assured me, of course, that this was not normal, and that he would leave notes in my account for a discount on future service, and that they would check the things they had not fixed at my next service date. He was kind enough and apologetic, so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again.
Fast forward four months and I just got back from my second service. Same results. Guy said it would be 2-2.5 hours. For a glorified oil change and tire rotation. 2 hrs in and I check with him, and they've just brought my car in to the shop. A half hour later they send me the check up video and say it shouldn't be long now. Another hour later and the guy finally comes out to find me. He didn't text me like they're supposed to, that would leave evidence. I was out there long enough that the other employees were asking how long I had been there. They were surprised. Talked to the service guy to pay, and he had no record from the manager for my previous visit. They didn't even bother to clean the corrosion off my car battery when they noted it in the check up video. I am sorry that I ever gave them a second chance.
All in all, these guys will lie to your face until you stop giving them your money. I recommend you do not START giving them money and save yourself some time.
Edit: It has been three months since this review. Although they have given a form response to the review, they have not contacted me directly about the issues. They do not seem to want to do better.

I brought a Mazda in that I was considering purchasing from a private seller for an inspection by the service department. They were super professional and friendly and were not interested in selling me services.
The thorough review of the vehicle made by their service department was well worth the small amount I paid for the review. All in all, they saved me from making a $10k mistake in purchasing a pre-owned vehicle and showed me every little issue or pending issue that would have cost me in the long run.
I have purchased several vehicles from Boniface group and have always enjoyed professional sales and service from their staff.

I absolutely loved my experience! Bonnie was very patient and knowledgeable, and she explained the features of the vehicles so thoroughly. Definitely go to her if you’re wanting a vehicle!

Yesterday 8/30/2024 we had a great experience at BH Mazda. It all started Tuesday when I reached out to the online team in reference to a used vehicle my husband & I were interested in test driving. Jonathan promptly responded and we set an appointment for Friday at noon. The communication was great as he continued to reach out in reference to the time still working for us right up until the day of appointment. We live an hour and 45 minutes away. The day of appointment our wonderful sales man Derrick reached out to us with a video of the vehicle & to let me know it would be ready to go when we arrived. Well needless to say I loved the car as soon as I saw it and once I drove it I was sold. Derrick was very nice & the whole process went pretty well.

Ash was amazing. She was very patient with my indecisiveness in which car I wanted. Came for CX 50 or CX5 and left with the 90! She listened to what I really wanted and made the deal happen.

Initially when we went, I was skeptical about this whole thing, but Derrick Pitts was really welcoming, top-notch and really helped us out with finding the right vehicle. Broke down everything for us, as we are first time buyers. Also had a riveting conversation about music. Anyway, 100% recommend checking them out and seeing what they have in stock for you.
