We need another Bjs in the area, buddy was nice just tried to make an appointment he was like oh the tires could be in the back idk we are backed up. Then tried to sell a cheaper tire..nah I just spent 800 some where else

Between Fort Lauderdale and Jacksonville, there are several BJ's gas stations...luckily, using the Gas Buddy APP, we found out that this one has the lowest price so we pulled in here to get some gas. It was $3.14 this morning. This BJ's gas is located right next to a regular BJ store, so it's convenient for those who want to fill up and do some shopping. This location is also close to many other retailers and restaurants like Walmart, Einstein Brothers Bagels, Popeye's fried chicken, Golden Corral buffet and much more....

Will never come her for tire service again. If you're not buying new tires they WILL NOT help you. They asked what I wanted to have done and as soon as I mentioned a plug they proceeded to tell me they were booked all day, even though their sign said 2 hour wait. Highly disappointed in the service today.

Similar to Costco meaning they are also a club but with mostly different brands and products to avoid competition between them. More or less Same return policy as Costco well. Definitely recommend this business

Never have had an issue at this club. Nice people all around with a good stock each and every time. Get out of the Miami area and what a change! Store was clean, organized and without the attitude and language issues that you may find further south. As and added bonus you probably won't get the cattle call lines that you might find in the South Florida stores. Love the gas station, usually not much of a line and prices are always competitive. Would like to see a nice food court come back to the majority of these locations. It's not as well stocked as Costco but they do take store and newspaper coupons and they don't limit your payment options like Costco does.

They are OK... Although I like Sams Club better because they actually care about taking the customer as priority ONE.... For example: Several times I've gone into BJ's and found at least 1/3 of their TVs off. I found several items out of place and there is no food court. They have a fantastic collection of food items. Oh and their gas price discount isn't real. They are pennies from the public pumps.... Thats if you DON'T USE THEIR CREDIT CARD. If you do, supposedly they give you 10cents off a gallon. That sucks... We are members and we can't benefit from that unless we also get and use their CREDIT CARD?????? I have enough cards..... I'll stick with Sams Club.

I'm a grown a$$ woman, and my 60+ mom still laughs when I tell her how much I love BJ's. ;) It's true though. I really do. This Waterford Lakes location is conveniently located on Lake Underhill and Alafaya next to the Lowe's. It's only about 3 miles from the house, where all the other options are at least 10 miles away. The parking lot is huge, which is good considering how busy it gets on the weekends. We try to do our shopping on weeknights when it's way less busy. The selection of goods is what I'd expect from any big box store. I can get all the name brand items I want for toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc or opt for their Berkley & Jensen brand of generics for extra savings. Saving is pretty easy here since they send coupon books once or twice a month. During COVID they implemented digital coupons only through their app for added safety measures. They've since started accepting paper ones again, but the digital option is my go-to now. Having a membership with their competition as well, my observation is that the lines aren't as ridiculous at BJ's so I'm in and out of there much faster than at the "big C". The store is always clean and well stocked (pandemic craziness aside) so there really isn't anything bad I have to say about BJ's.

The line is insane. Good luck at self checkout when every single item you scan requires you to wait for assistance. I've been standing here for 10 minutes. This happens no matter when I come. This location is just always like this.

I really like this place, the people are friendly and the selections are good, not to mention the prices are better than average too. Fuel prices are way better than average and reason enough to get a membership if you live in or frequent the area.
