The first time my brother in law came home from the hospital NOTHING was delivered and he is being tube fed only! And the orders read SEATTLE! The 2nd time nothing delivered again! orders read STAT again! FINALLY after 2 days formula arrived NO TUBE MONITER/FEEDER OR POLE!!! This is his only source of nutrition, and you still screwed it up yet again!Sent a single tube feeder,he needs a double, the pole has to be tied up to something else to not fall over because the balance w/ bag is a joke. The pole itself can be bent in a min (shaking my head ridiculous) such a joke . I guess a call to the hospital yet again, has to be done and see if 3 times works.Avoid this place and go with Lincare They know what they are doing and know how to read orders sent to them.

My meds are delivered in the time given and my Option Care home care nurse Jennifer is the best. Both the customer service operator and nurse are always professional and kind.

Follow up about my below review. The pharmacists and people who work for this company- really do care. I’m seeing lots of communication improvement and I really feel that the employees want to help. They have been really helping lately. The constant changes in deliver dates and the inconsistencies of not being able to rely on a specific day for delivery has still been going on. It is hard to work with this company when trying to plan doctors appts or hospital visits and not knowing that my meds will come at the same time each week like I would prefer- mostly because if my fear and trauma from hospitalization. However, I am now able to communicate via email or phone and my pharmacists do work with me and help me and I see now that it is not their fault. I truly believe they are overworked and not given the proper time, staff and tools needed to provide meds on time Everytime. I see that the contractors hired are the ones making this company so behind. Such a shame. No doubt in my mind that if they had good professional couriers, they would be flawless. But it’s hard to find people to work in general- let alone quality couriers. I’m grateful to the pharmacists who help me every week: thank you! I hope you are given the help you need ASAP.Worst Coordination of Care Ever. Its been 11 months with this pharmacy. Not by choice, just because they are contracted with Medicaid. The only people who do their job and fulfill their promises are the lovely ladies of intake. Pharmacists, managers, and everyone else make false promises. Medication is never delivered on time. I am ALWAYS waiting up until 12-2 AM! I am disabled with toddlers. Why do I have to wait up until 2 AM for Medical Deliveries?! That is not safe. Here I am again on month 11 waiting for my medicine. I called yesterday and my pharmacist promised the meds by today. She always makes false promises. I even called today at 3 to make sure the courier was en route, they confirmed. I asked to make sure I didn't have to stay up until 10, they promised I wouldn't. Just go off the phone with a Pharmacist who is kind but said the IT infrastructure is down and he can't even look up what happened today. So its after midnight and I don't have what I need. If I have an allergic reaction, keep throwing up or get dehydrated again I will have to go to the ER. As if being a 30 year old chronically ill mama of two toddlers isn't hard enough, I'm constantly up until ungodly hours for deliveries. Or they send through UPS or FEDEX and block my door. I was literally stuck inside because my glass door wouldn't open from the 60plus pounds of medicine in front of it. My wheelchair couldn't go out the back door so I waited inside until my neighbor came to help me. AVOID THIS INFUSION SERVICE AT ALL COSTS! This is your life you're talking about and Bioscripts doesn't take it seriously. Go somewhere else- your life depends on it. They do not ever keep their promises and they make it hard for me to live a safe life.

I have never experienced a patient care organization that is so willing to ignore patients and their care needs. My insurance directed this team for referral coverage, and I have been with them for about a year. It always had seemed like flying by the seat of their pants, but I was able to receive care even if delayed a day here and there. This last scheduled treatment (or lack thereof) has been completely unbelievable. I'm currently 2 weeks overdue for recurring treatment, that 4 different departments have claimed is due to not having an authorization... but then each of the four departments "found it" when I was on the phone with them. The authorization was dated six weeks ago from my insurance company. Each department claims it is fixed and I would get a call by end of day, or next day to finalize scheduling. Not a single one has made good on that promise. Each next time I start with yet another department to find out what's going on. Now, for the last two days, all department numbers ring for 3 minutes before the system cuts me out. I just put another call into the Regional office, who tried, and confirmed that nobody answers any of the lines at the Melbourne office (during business hours in the middle of the day). All she could do is "send them an email and ask them to call me directly." Of course, I'm confident that won't happen. Again... two weeks overdue for treatment I'm supposed to receive every eight weeks. One nurse, Annie, has been amazing to stay in touch with me, but she has no ability or authority to eliminate the unknown issue in the Bioscrip/Option Care bureaucracy. All I want is my approved treatment in a way that does not hurt me or harm me.

This supposed medical supply company is awful. They Don't do anything they say and don't even pretend to care. Don't use them or your health could be in jeopardy.

Currently, I'm caught in a nightmare with Bioscript. I allowed them to directly withdraw payment from my bank account. I have long ago paid my bill. In fact, overpaid. I was given a refund. AND THEY ARE STILL WITHDRAWING MONEY! I've made SEVERAL phone calls and sent multiple emails, to no avail! Not sure what my next step is. But, DO NOT allow this company to do direct withdrawals!

Melbourne, Fl option care…..horrible service 3 months now in a row the infusion nurse has arrived to my home at 10:00 am to unpack the supplies delivered to start the IVIG therapy to find NO IV tubing in the delivery….fortunately our nurse had spare IVIG tubes in his car.Today we had to sit and wait for the tube to be delivered….which did not arrive until 3 pm!Last month I called and requested a quality control done on the packer who is responsible for filling the order yet it happened again today. I spoke with Alex and Leo….I was told Anthony was not available.I would not recommend this company! One month problem with the supplies kinda OK but 3 months in a row…..really!

Great service with very helpful representatives. Never let my sons metabolic formula or G tube supplies run out. They are the best.
