I recently visited the car wash in West Melbourne, and I was thoroughly impressed! The exterior cleaning was exceptional, leaving my vehicle spotless and shiny. What truly exceeded my expectations, however, was the meticulous interior detailing. The attentive staff took great care in cleaning every inch of the interior, leaving it looking and feeling like new. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality service made the experience truly outstanding. I highly recommend this car wash to anyone seeking exceptional service!

it is frustrating when you pay for a premium service and the lights. [they say are broken) are not working. How do you know whether or not you are getting the service? It seems to me that they should make sure their equipment is running properly. I have gone there many times and had to go through the whole car wash, go to the back and park and go inside, give them my information so they could look on the video to see that I did not get the proper service. To me this is a major concern because I cannot be the only one this is happening to. This to me is concerning because this adds money to their pocket. I was not offered a credit on my account. I was told I could go back through again. Well, that’s not always prudent. There are times when I am in a rush and I cannot go into the office to let them know that your machines again showed me as a basic member when I paid for graphene. My husband has me on his now and he’s only paying for the ceramic however, I am not even getting ceramic.
One complement I have to give them is they finally put people by the machines so that you don’t have to sit behind someone trying to pay for a one time service or a membership while you have a long line backed up. My suggestion to them was to have a VIP lane during rush-hour for people who have , a sticker. That is the way you can show your members that pay for a membership that they are important to you. I have been there many times around 5 o’clock or 6 o’clock and the line is backed up and what is frustrating is two people are having to get help to pay for their car wash and you don’t know which line to get into because it could be you’re in the line where it’s gonna take 10 minutes or more. I’ve suggested they create a stop line and then the next available Wash would go to the next in line instead of you trying to pick which line is going to, go through and which line you’ll get stuck behind someone who is trying to pay for service.
Another issue is with their car buffers at the end of the car wash. Countless times it does not come down until it hits my windshield so the top of my car never gets touched. What good is a car wash that half works. and again that’s when it does work. There’s been many times I have come in and it doesn’t work at all.

Since the change in ownership and name this place has gone down hill. 50 for inside and outside and then I have to go and wipe down the windows again, get the middle of the hood, wipe the interior again. I've already complained once, gave then 4 more times to try to make things better and they aren't. The people who work there know nothing about cars or detailing them. 50 isn't cheap, I shouldn't have to wipe the car down in and out before I even leave the parking lot. I do not suggest this place anymore

Was just there. Joined monthly membership. Will be canceling. A lot of dirt still on truck in front and on passenger side, didnt clean back window, door panels werent wiped. They charge a lot for a shoddy job. Very disappointed.

One of the best car washes I've ever been to. They are constantly engaged to ensure everything is working and filled. They continue to provide the best customer service, some of the guys are great to talk to, I've never experienced anything bad at this location. Palm Bay is also an excellent location, everything is topped off and functional at all times.
