I had to give it a one star because I had no choice, but here's my complaint. I asked the manager if I could use the restroom and he told me he didn't have one. When I questioned that, he says the water didn't work. I told him I was told the same thing a few weeks ago. He ignored me. I told my wife to put all items in cart back and we left. Not sure if they are anti Latinos or just tell everyone the same story about bathrooms not working. I suggest avoiding shopping at this Melbourne store if possible.

Big lots is my go to place for items I may not be able to find elsewhere. The associates are always friendly and helpful and each time I visit I find something I didn’t really need but catch my eye. The store is quite accessible and tidy even with the shelves being stocked. Check out is quick. Don’t forget to be a member for all the great benefits

I asked Where the restroom was before employee scoffed at me and rolled her eyes she then proceeded to walkie-talkie Jim to unlock the restrooms for me, where then waited for 10 minutes and nobody came. I asked another sales associate if they had a key to unlock the restroom for me and she looked at me and said I do not have the time and walked away. The workers here are extremely rude and this is not the first occasion that I’ve experienced it. Do not spend your money here take it elsewhere.

I've always enjoyed shopping at Big Lots, you never know what you are going to find. Affordable furniture, kitchenware, patio & garden stuff. I always go at Christmas for the decorations and wrapping stuff.
They have changed the layout of the store but not updated all their signage--i had to enter through a door which prominently sasi enter through other door [which was locked].
