I have joined Better Insurance Group 3 years ago. I cant say enough good things. Never had a problem getting in touch with Shauna, my agent. If she wasn't available anyone in the office will and can assist you. Always friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

Very nice staff and returns phone calls pretty quickly. The young lady Shauna got me home owners insurance and business insurance for affordable rates. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a insurance.

I’d like to start by saying they do know their stuff when it comes to insurance but as far as personality or customer service they’re the worse. Elisa is a know it all snob along with her spoiled bratty daughter. Only sweet one there is Shauna who takes a lot from both of them I don’t even understand how she doesn’t know her own worth and leave these horrible people. They don’t take the time to grow with someone or to help someone grow. They talk about people, if not apart of their group then your an outsider. Poor new employees don’t even get the benefit of the doubt before being fired, or let go. The point of starting a new job is to learn which they don’t and didn’t take time to help you grow. Very judgement, ugly spirits. Please please do not do business here !!!

Shauna and the TEAM at Better Insurance Group have been handling our home insurance since 2018 when we moved into our Florida home. They have been fantastic in helping us understand the FL insurance market, understanding wind mitigations, and the improvements we could make to improve our insurability at a "reasonable cost". Elisa gave me a great quote for a difficult to insure commercial property. We were able to bind the policy immediately and at a great price too. I called many agents, but she was the only one who thinks out of the box and gets things done!

Shauna did a tremendous job for us. She shopped the competition and came up with a great rate for our condo. When it was close to closing time, she asked a question that was very relevant and discovered something that the title company nor the realtor had seen. She was thorough, responsive, and very easy to work with.
