I was unable to work due to having a hip replacement and my spine fused and the $465 I had invested in a layaway (guitar ) was kept by the pawn shop and they sold the guitar anyways . When I went in to talk to them about helping me out , one of the guys grabs a pistol and was holding it against the bottom of his chin while asking me if I had $100 more dollars to invest when he knew I only had $25 . This is after me spending hundreds between the 3 different stores . I wouldn’t recommend this place at all .

Done a degree of business with these guys over the years. Nice guys with quite a bit of merchandise. No push-to-sell or anything, pretty laid back. They just rarely have what I'm looking for.

These guys are crooks! They will low ball you like crazy and dont care that they have bad reviews. When I was there someone else was selling something worth at least $400 and that was less than half of the original price. They offered him $50. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Traded a CZ for a Glock and they were willing to make a fair trade when a lot of other places in town were not. Transaction was smooth and everyone there was very helpful. Will be returning in the future.

Horrible experience with this gun and pawn shop. Never going back again to them. They missed out on a $300 sale all because, I couldn't change my address on the paper/form to match my license. Not sure why I needed a background check when I have a concealed carry weapons permit. I had to ask to view and see the firearm, before purchasing. They seemed hesitant, I'm not sure why when they had my license and CCW in their hands behind the counter.

I thought this place gives out deals when buying used stuff. especially in videogames. you guys over price in video games its sad. I wanted to buy so many xbox games that didn't cost no more then $5 to $8 a game. they guy was up pricing games double even triple. I mean cmon you guys buy these games dirt cheap but then upcharge like you a video game store. I offered to buy 4 games for $100 a deal I thought was fair for their worth but he wanted to do $175 for them lol. don't sell your games or buy Here. go support your video game stores you will get better deals there.

Should be called worst pawn shop. They try to make things appear to work that actually don't. They will willingly scam you. This is how they make they're money. I would never buy from them again.

If you're looking for a great deal, any 3 of John's store's , they will take great care of you.. I grew up with John and Pop's and have known John's Family for Year's, From the time hanging out at Johnny's Texaco, Mess" with our Grand Torino's, to cutt"n up working at Steak and Ale, Great Memories,, John and his family have Alwayz been Good Honest Folks along with their Staff @ all 3 of John's store's.. At all 3 of the stores , you'll be treated with respect and honesty from all, and they'll do their best to give you the best deal.. They All continue to give my Family and Me, the same great deals John gave me..John and Pop's ????
