I find it truly amazing that no matter what I ask them for, gets a response of "I don't know" or they lead me to the wrong thing,but I don't believe they've ever been helpful in that they absolutely cannot locate things that they do carry, they just totally misunderstand what you ask for. I've asked employee after employee after employee if I can get a hard drive that lets me record my pictures straight from my camera without a computer and I get these absolute moronic responses of you could use a phone instead of a computer or a laptop instead of a computer or a tablet instead of a computer and these morons don't know that all these things are computers. How can all of the employees at Best buy not know that a cell phone is a computer that a laptop computer is a computer and then a tablet is a computer?Test them! Go and ask some simple simple questions and see if they don't just universally prove how uneducated they are on electronics sales just ask them yourself don't take my word for it just test them and watch them fail miserably.They can tell you where the TVs are and I can tell you where the DVD players are but they don't know much of anything about anything. If you want to purchase from Best buy you must research yourself online before you go because they have no knowledge of what they sell. They have no knowledge of the types of things they sell. They have no knowledge of the existence of things they don't sell.They're very little knowledge of the common proper uses of the things that they do sell.In other words, you can go there to buy stuff but the sales people have no purpose.Online companies will bring things to your house and give you endless more choices at better prices so I just don't understand the purpose of going to Best buy anymore.I just keep being disappointed.Best buy is for people with ADD, people that are so impulsive that they have to have something "now" and will go to the store and accept "whatever" they HAVE rather than buying what they really wanted,just so they can have it right NOW!that's really the only purpose for Best buy. zon go to da zon.

Today is veterans day. I wanted to purchase a Samsung 82-inch.and I simply asked them if they had any kind of discounts for veterans. All they said was ty for serving. My question is when are you going to appreciate and serve the veterans like every other big chain company does.I got even a better deal at BJ. Some TV. "Best buy sucks" !

Really fantastic customer service, had place a pick-up order, ended up being wrong due to sizing (our own error not theirs), able to return that same day, get correct item. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Easy to pickup as well as make a return.

I have been to this store a couple of times. Some of the staff are friendly, others are not. It could improve the order and be a little cleaner. Additionally, there were few empty shelves and they were short with some inventory.

Worst experience. Bought mac book air worth 1000$ and returned in few days because i don’t like it after trying. There is no update or no refund for me until now .its been more than 1 and half month and keep following up them nothing happened and i dont laptop and lost my money with them .
