Not worth driving 11 miles to pick up something that wasn't in stock. Sales people were more interested in selling you a membership than listing to what you came in for.

Please be very cautious when buying a gas oven from best buy. I was never told about there being a chance the valve size in my home needed to accommodate the oven that I selected, and that it would be different than mine current one. Upon receiving my oven at home the people that delivered it were not from best buy even though I was told that the person installing it would be a certified tech that work for best buy. Instead it was a third party that knew absolutely nothing about gas homes they even slightly moved my shut off valve from the open position then told me my gas home was too old to have a shut off valve. Anyway, I ended up having to call a company to come change my valve in my home and help install my oven. Best Buy charged me 200 dollars to have these people do absolutely nothing, and I just dropped another 250 for the other company to fix everything. I will never buy from this company again.

My experience with that store continues to be a very nice experience. All the associates are very professional and helpful. The store has a lot of options in the different household categories.

Super friendly staff, they went above and beyond to try and locate what I was looking for. It ultimately was fruitless, but they put in the effort and I appreciated it.

Awful Best Buy, they didn't ship open box item I ordered and giving a hard time on a refund, terrible, no wonder why Best Buy is slowly going out of business.

Went into this store ready to spend whatever money I needed to buy a good action camera for an upcoming trip. We were unable to get anyone to help us. Even the people that were going to get someone to help us never came back. We ended up leaving. We told the guy at the door that we couldn't get help and we would have to go elsewhere, his answer was, "Ok". We've spent quite a bit of money in this store. Sad to see it change like this.

I did some business with Best Buy yesterday. Ethan and Brian (Mgr) did an outstanding job taking care of me. They were personable, knowledgeable, and on top of excellent service. I would love to see more businesses higher excellent employees like these guys!
