I’ve bought two purses in 3 years. I love the mini for everyday use due to the design of the bag. It’s compact but I can also carry everything I need for daily usage. It holds my massive set of keys, a small wallet, sunglasses, pens and a compact notebook. However, I won’t be buying any additional products because in both cases, the straps broke within a few months of purchase. The first strap was replaced at no cost by the company. After my second strap broke, I replaced it with a strap I purchased separately (not from Baggallini) which has held up perfectly. I do love the design but won’t risk loosing my purse due to and apparent “defect” in the strap.

All of the employees in the store were friendly and helpful. Plenty of great deals on name brand clothing. I would shop here again next time I am in viera.

I had to take a pair of pants back that I ordered online. they came in the wrong size. I walked around the store until II found a service center-cash register center that was maned by somebody.
That actually took a while. The gentleman at the open counter couldn't have been anymore thorough or professional. I didn't have a receipt with me and wasn't sure what credit card I had used to place the order. Once we got through that, it was done in seconds. It was my first time in a belk store. Because of the I'll more than likely go back.

Proper training needs to be conducted at this location. My fiancé was looking for an outfit for an event tomorrow and the employee I cannot recall his name was literally following us around the store. I went to the men’s department he followed me over and went back to meet my fiancé and then follows me back over to ask about us if I found anything. We are just regular shoppers and the impression that being sent out that that he thought we were stealing the items and we were people of color. I did not see him follow anyone else but us. I used work for Kohls Department store and fully aware for the proper protocols. Whether this location chooses to investigate it is company decision. I wanted to make this full transparency of what practices happens on this location we experienced.
