Please beware. This bank is corrupt. My friends husband died and, despite repeated begging and pleading (with 9 documents of proof) they won't release his money to her. Now, they are claiming he moved the money despite the fact that she has spoken to the president and VP! Someone mss as y be pocketing

Went in with my husband to deposit a check with both of our names on it and they wouldn't let us. We both had identification and said we need a joint account to deposit. Absolutely ridiculous and lazy. He will be closing his account with this bank and opening with another, great job. The lady at the front of the bank in a black vest black and white top was very rude.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Every time I wait over 30 minutes with only 2 people in front of me for just a deposit. It's ridiculous. Thank God this is not my bank.

I have been to this location on three occasions with serious situation and the employees went beyond what was necessary to help and resolve the problems. At different visits I spoke to three different agents, so it wasn't just one person it was all three that took interest and resolve. They took up responsibility where the BOA on Patrick Dr and Eau Gallie Blvd. did NOT.

Slow inside and out....constant line w few people being helped...I guess this is to be considered mostly a self service, ATM bank.Mgmt needs to show SOME concern for customer service...

Amber is lovely and has a great attitude. The older woman (short dark colored hair with no name tag) working beside her was slow, showed no consideration for customers as she was done with the couple before me and they left the bank, she told me I’d have to wait while she finished up. She took her time putting money together, mentioned how she had so much money sitting on her desk. She went to the back with the drive thru to scan more cash. Never looked at me again, never came back. Meanwhile Amber helped a customer during this time and still was done before the other woman to call me over and cash my check. Thank you Amber for your customer service ??On another note, I wish BOA could have provided me paperwork with checking account options as I’m looking for a new bank and this location did not have any pamphlets to take home or read.

I have never been inside this branch but have used the ATM many times over the years. It is a convenient location and we have never had any issue here. They have recently made a change to the Drive Through ATM that allows you to select the denominations of bills when you make a withdrawal. I really like that feature. One slight complaint that I have about most drive through ATMs is that it is hard to get within an arm's reach of the unit. I have long arms but still have to stretch to reach the buttons and to retrieve my card and cash.

Nearly impossible to get a hold of our numerous "account reps" over the past 3-4 years. The branch states they cannot help with basic issues and we must contact our rep (who never responds). So much for customer service.

I can’t believe after months after months this bank still does not have a drive-through service and when you go into the lobby there’s one person helping a line full of people very ridiculous, Don’t know how these companies gonna stay in business, To answer your response some people do not want to use the ATM or mobile Device
