DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had trying to get stuff. We ordered a couch and loveseat from them. They told us we could come pick up Friday. It wasn’t there cause the salesperson didn’t know the trucks went to Palm Bay instead of Melbourne. We live in Palm Bay so that would’ve been easier anyway. Because of HER mistake she was saying we needed to pay for the couch to be delivered. We got the manager involved and he said he will wave the delivery fee but they couldn’t deliver it until Wednesday cause the truck was full. The guys showed up and my freaking couch wasn’t in the truck! Such a joke. PLEASE SAVE THE HASSLE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I think I had the best furniture buying experience in this location solely because of my interaction with the lovely young lady who helped me. As an older lady who’s bought tons of furniture sets throughout my many years BARBARA was a bright light at the end of the tunnel. She was bright, funny, caring, and listened to all of my wants and needs. She is an absolute asset to this store. Schedule told me she had been there less than a month…. Good choice hiring her Mr. Badcock, because there was an older woman there who was Nothing short of cold to me when I asked her a question about a bedroom set. Thank you barbara for helping me end my never ending search for what I needed!!!

So glad I went here! GREAT price too. In store in 3 days! Bob, Chris and Penny were wonderful to work with. When all was said and done, I felt I had made 3 new friends. Store Manager Dylan was helpful. Sign up for text messages and receive 10% off you order!!! So very disappointed they would not work with me on the $129 delivery fee.
