My 86 year old father went in to get a new battery. Advanced neglected to refund his core charge.I called and spoke with the manager (Alexis). She was gracious, took the time to research his purchase, saw the error and refunded this charge.There a lot of ways this could have been handled. She picked the absolute best one. Most wouldn't have gone through that effort for such a small amount.She was outstanding and I will encourage my Dad to shop their first.

Jillaine was very friendly and helpful today assisting me in picking out new wipers! She offered an install and her customer service was top-tier! I would highly recommend the Indian Harbour Beach AutoZone!

So my morning started off with my car not starting. I jumped. The battery went directly to AutoZone where I was greeted by Jillaine. She looked up. My car saw that the battery was under warranty ran the test, found a cell was bad and proceeded to replace it. She was very friendly. It was not an easy battery to change so we laughed and worked at it together and she got it done. She is a valuable asset to your company and more companies. Need people like that to represent them. Keep up the good work thank you again you were amazing.Ned. Florida Breeze air conditioning.

I needed a new battery for my girlfriends car and Jillaine (I think that is her name) replaced that, installed our new wipers and checked all fluid levels and made recommendations for other preventative maintenance all free of charge. It was definitely above and beyond what was expected. Thank you very much!

I originally went to store 2014 and bought my headlight bulb, I asked the employee if they install them as well ( I knew they did) the employee said nope, I asked him to ask his manager and the manager said nope.I went to my store 1216 and I asked jillaine ( employee number#1) I asked her if she just guide me with installing the headlight bulb , she said I can do it! I said store 2014 said nope . She came out with Bob the store manager and bam they took care of it in less than a minute. I will not go back to the 2014 store!!!

With the recent "cold snap" here beachside, I was at the Eau Gallie store twice this past week - two cars, two batteries needing to be replaced. They were both old enough to warrant the replacement so no problem there. Jillaine was (un?)lucky enough to help me with both of them. The first one was pretty straightforward, the 2nd was wedged in there pretty good, but throughout it all she kept a great attitude and was friendly and we had great conversations as she efficiently tested and swapped them out. There was some issue with the point-of-sale system, but another employee came over and he and Jillaine worked it out quickly and got me back on my way.This has been my go-to auto store since moving here 6 years ago, and will continue to be as long as they keep rocking the customer service and employee abilities to help solve problems!

I had to jump start my battery in the morning so I took it directly to my beachside AutoZone. John was finishing up with a lady outside so I went inside and was the next customer. The guy inside didn't acknowledge me at all so I waited for John to come back in. When he did he immediately came over to me and got me set up with a new battery, which he installed himself. He was very pleasant to deal with efficient and got me on my way quickly. Great customer service!
