The women in this store were great! Very helpful! When I asked two men in the store for help they were condescending, and rude. I can completely understand liability and not being able to do something for liability. I can understand and respect this. They told me they could walk me through disconnecting my battery, but I did go somewhere else to have it done because I did not appreciate the way I was spoke to and sneered at! Do better!

Stopped to get wiper blades for my 18yr old daughter and Ray was amazing. Great guy. Even showed her how to change them herself. A+ service. Very personable and helpful.

Had an awesome experience at the store on 192 in Melbourne recently. My alternator on my air boat went out and the manager bent over backwards to help me find the right one. Matched it up exactly, couldn’t believe it with 1 million different alternators out there in the world.
Definitely will be using this store again!

When I visited the Auto Zone on 192 in Melbourne, Miguel assisted me, and he was a God send. Miguel took his time to explain and educate me on what I needed. He actually made a challenging day easier for me. May the Lord continue to use Miguel to bless his customers.
