Love the store and I go in here all the time and staff are super helpful, but 10:00PM is kind of early to close in a town where there is literally no automotive stores open later. Literally have to drive to Orlando past 10 o clock to get things.

This afternoon I had a problem with my wife’s vehicle, so I went into this AutoZone on 192 stood around for about 20 minutes before anyone even looked at me. Finally, a lady named Kathleen was going to help me and the manager intercedes and tell her to deal with another customer, I proceeded to walk out of the store because it makes no sense to spend my money where I’m not getting any service. All I wanted was a battery for an Infiniti QX 80 which would run me around $250, but AutoZone don’t need your money so Why bother going there

This Autozone has great customer service. I purchased the wrong sensor came back to get the right one. Every staff member was super helpful and made it too easy to exchange my part with no issues.

Carl & Brandon both assisting in assuring the wiper blades my BMW were correct, suggested a glass cleaner before installing, then Carl professionally installed all (3) blades quickly. I am a “die hard” customer at this particular “Auto Zone” as all the employees are knowledgeable, outgoing and willing to assist !!!
