He did a computer diagnosis and explained the results to me. Then sent me on my way. They are Honest. So glad I didn’t take it to one of 3 other auto repair services I called this morning. One service said it would cost near $200 to look at it. Huh? The other 2 couldn’t get me in today. Steve and Sons made my day way better than I expected. It’s a no brainer. “I recently leased my third new car, over 9 years, from Infiniti of Melbourne. The salesman, Drew, is different than your typical car sales person. He is helpful and very friendly in a real way. He isn't pushy at all, but lets you know that he is there to make a deal and sell (or lease) you a car. Previously, and this time, they have always given me a better deal than anyone in Orlando or elsewhere.
The Sales Manager, Joel, is also very helpful
Their service department is excellent too. Martin in the Service Department has been going out of his way to make sure I am completely satisfied, when it comes to servicing my Infiniti's through the years.

“I went in for service and I've been very busy lately and I forgot that I removed my diamond engagement ring andband off to put on hand cream and left it in my console. I know this is generally not how you leave a review for a service department of Lexus but I had to because when I got back in the car my rings were there. As far as the work that was done to my car was absolutely fabulous it was done they washed it they cleaned it not one bad word Thank you so much I really appreciate the honesty and integrity”

“Brad is very knowledgeable. I had an issue with my 2017 Toyota Camry. He was able to diagnose the issue and recommended me to see a Toyota specialist at the Toyota dealer. He was so nice that he did not charge me for a diagnostic charge. God bless you. He truly cares about the clients issue and explains things thoroughly. Will definitely be coming back to his shop for oil changes, tire alignment and all other mechanical issues. Being new to the area he really made me feel comfortable and he is trustworthy.”

“I don’t know where Hank is but I can assure you that Jeff and the crew at Hanks Upholstery are the real deal. My Subaru developed a large tear on the front seat; Hanks Upholstery repaired it perfectly. There is not even one tiny difference between the repaired surface and the original seat cover. I recently had my wife's vehicle in for service, and it was making some other noises. Her suv needed an oil change and tire rotation, so he added that noise check to the list. We made an appointment and dropped her vehicle off at 8am. He found two of her brake calipers were sticking and eating up the brake pads. He was able to get parts ordered in quick and had her suv roadworthy again the same day. I will definitely keep taking my vehicles here for Justin to fix.”
“Was having issues with my heater (my windows couldn't defog) they did what they could but the short "fixed" itself for the time being before I could get it to them and instead if going and replacing everything that it could be they were upfront about it, but let me know I needed to charge my a/c so I had them charge it. 10/10 would recommend.”

“Front office and technicians are always courteous, accommodating and professional (strive to get the service requested done right the first time). I like that they’ll to pick you up and/or drop you off at home or office as needed thus eliminating having to inconvenience others. Also, I like that they keep you updated by text and/phone on the progress of the service and don’t try to pressure you to fix mechanical issues identified through the diagnostic test. They professionally explain the identified problems and related costs for each and then they let you decide what services you want done and those you don’t want done at that time. So far, I have had a positive experience each time I have taken my vehicle for service.”
