I had a guitar amp that was DOA. Ken diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and corrected a couple of other issues he found. Fantastic pricing and quick turnaround. He had me up and running the next day!

I called the shop and spoke with Ken the owner about an issue I was having with my Marantz 2325. He stated he was familiar with the receiver and if I brought it to him he'd take a look at it. Dropped the receiver off at his shop and before I could drive back home Ken called me to tell me that the receiver was repaired, a blown fuse was the problem. I'll follow-up after I get back to the house and hook receiver up for a listen. Later....

Ken is the best,very smart and his pricing is extremely fair. All in all,great service. He is the only one I use for my McIntosh and other vintage equipment.

Went here to get an old camera looked at, and before he even looked at it told me he couldn’t repair it because of “time.” It’s amazing he works on any antiques if he self admits that time will destroy anything whether you have the parts or not. Not only that, but he is a Grump with no reason. I’m always very polite and he’s was incredibly rude.

Took an older set of Minimus 77s to Ken for refoaming. Picked them up today. I walked in and spied a set of Bose Series 2 301s that had been freshly refoamed and were in excellent condition. The price was right and both sets went in the car. Set up the Bose in my living room with my Marantz 1515 receiver and was in LOVE. Alas, my pristine Cerwin Vega AT-10s went in the spare bedroom until I can make room for them. Both sets are fabulous at an extremely fair and reasonable price. What a terrific guy he is! Go see him and tell him I sent you!

Ken was awesome! Helped me replace and re-bias the power tubes in my Revv Generator 120 mkii head. Everything works great and sounds just like the day I got it again! Super fair prices and excellent service! Highly recommend Audiotronics!

I've been using Ken at Audiotronics since 1990 to repair all my studio and live performance gear. He always comes through with the fix quickly and at a very reasonable cost. He's the only go-to electronics guy I'd use.

This guy is the best he fixed everything I brought to him for half the price I thought he would charge. It's a no-brainer look no further. If he'll work on your stuff, take it there. I brought him Klipsch nakamichi and Yamaha equipment 30 years old. Working like new now... amazing!

Repaired a vintage Marantz receiver I bought on eBay. Replaced all the old lamps with bright new LED’s. Fixed an issue with my left channel. Receiver now works beautifully! Fixed in a timely manner,& at a very fair price.
