I usually don't do reviews, but I have to share my experience with Assured Auto Works. I had recently took my Mitsubishi Evolution in and from the start J.D and his team were very professional, their communication is Top notch, they sent me updates frequently and replied back to my comments and questions on timely manner. I'm very pleased with the work they did and have been recommending them to my family and friends. So, if you're looking for an Auto shop that does Quality work, is transparent and communicates well... this is it. Give them a shot, you won't regret it.

Took our 2021 Toyota Tundra for a full post-purchase inspection and oil change and had the best experience with JD and team. From the moment I dropped off the truck, I was informed through text all services to be performed as well as cost. I do like the fact that they are honest and give options on service. We will definitely will be going back, keep it up guys... great honest customer service.

I was trying to become a customer and sadly couldn't even get a return phone call. I was referred to them by my extended warranty company and they said they've never heard of that company, and they'd check and call me back. I called on Thursday and today is Tuesday. Even asked me what was wrong with the Honda after stating they never heard of the warranty company. I even gave them the direct number to get a live person at the warranty place after I called the shop back to follow up. I guess they just don't want warranty work much like everyone else in this town. That's not right to not even call a potential customer back or even offer to diagnose the problem even if do not work with a certain warranty company.

These guys did an outstanding job replacing a fried ECM in my 12-year-old Nissan. Not only did they fix the problem, which another venerable and high-ranked business in the area was afraid to even touch, they went out of their way and found a replacement for a part that wasn't even manufactured anymore. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended. Thank you very much, Assured Auto! ?

These guys are honest and professional. If you need a complex repair done you can't perform yourself, I'd recommend them. Diagnostic fee was higher than I'm used to, so I decided not to proceed with the repair in-shop to keep total repair costs within my budget; however, if you know exactly what work you need done or you are just looking for a diagnosis, this is a good place to take your vehicle.

Assured Auto Works is a FIND, great work at reasonable and explained prices along with some of the nicest and very personable people I've ever met, JD and Matt are the best. Also, getting tires through them and called after deciding and the deal is very good, so pleased w them! Def will recommend and use them from this point on.

If you are a female like myself and struggling to find a personable, yet trustworthy mechanic please stop searching. I have been to numerous shops around the area and I *personally* feel as if I was taking advantage of at every single one of them. After stumbling across Assured, I called them asap and they listened to every care and concern I had. They broke everything down (which is beneficial if you know nothing about cars) and remained on the phone with me for 20+ minutes to ensure I understood. They eased every worry I had. The drop off/pick up is smooth. They share pictures of everything they are doing to keep you in the loop. They detail every piece of information regarding the car and your conversations with them. They have additional options to help you if you are in a hard spot but need your vehicle serviced. I usually skip out on reviews, but this is beyond necessary. I will never allow another mechanic to touch my car.
Thank you guys for everything, especially for changing my entire outlook on mechanics! You are truly heaven sent. ❤️
