“I had some issues with another Ferguson location and I ended up speaking with Vincent at this location. He took care of my issue very quickly. Other location I spoke to 5 different people over 20 days and issue was never resolved. Vincent should be training the other locations on customer service.. My items from 2019 are excellent, so I recommend them to her and she is so happy! No box stores for me and now none for her either. Fergusons is excellent- quality, price, selection, inspiration!
