I walked into Appliance Direct just trying to figure out what might be possible for new appliances and Trace spent more than an hour with me going over options, all with no pressure whatsoever. Trace has been just amazing and has worked tirelessly to help us find perfect appliances and provide us with the additional help we needed to accomplish necessary kitchen modifications. I’m so glad I walked in the door! Five stars for sure!

Best appliance dealer and installation company I’ve ever dealt with. We were told by a repairman that our stove was no longer working, so we decided to get a new stove. Once the new stove arrived and installed, it had the same problem the old stove had. That is when we realized that the old stove was never bad, it was just connected improperly. Aimhigh Transfer company provided the best service I have ever had. They figured out what was wrong with the old stove and then allowed us to send back the new stove for a refund. Just shows there are still good honest people out there, but they are hard to find.

EDIT TO ADD*Super bummed. Me and my wife see the commercials all the time. The guy is always so happy so we decided to get our washing machine here. Not even a year later and it's broken. I called to see if I could buy the part and they weren't helpful at all. Told me to look into calling a repair man. Wasn't helpful at all after selling me a quickly broken product.Editing my rating to one star as the owner responds to the fact that they aren't a repair company (obviously) and says nothing about selling me a washing machine that broke 7 months later. I wasn't asking for you to repair the terrible appliance you sold me. I asked if you by chance had the part so I could fix it myself. You were unreliable in selling me a good appliance why would I trust you to fix it?
