“We moved in just a week ago, so these are first impressions. The place is beautiful, very clean. Amenities all working and available to residents. There are different activities held in the complex and the area itself is very walkable. The best part of the complex is the admin team. When we were just applying, we were looking at several places, and Centre Pointe (Michelle) was consistently giving fastest, most relevant and most patient replies to any queries. :-) I know the website can be confusing to navigate around, so don't hesitate to reach out to the office. Later on we met Taylor, Ernest, Bo. Everyone is very helpful and attends to any questions or request very promptly.

I briefly looked at what people were complaining about in their reviews, and would say that whatever was in the team's power to resolve - it was resolved.

“Kelvin and Tony each did an incredible job at responding to multiple maintenance issues throughout my apartment, even when I only requested help with one problem. On top of being so proactive and working quickly, they were kind and respectful to me and my home.”

“Unfortunately, I had to leave Bridgewater Pointe apts last month due to a personal situation. I was very sad to leave there! The 2 years I lived there were absolutely amazing. My neighbors were all so kind, helpful, and very quiet. These apts are concrete so noise from the other apts is very minimal. The apartment complex was always immaculate. Beautiful landscaping, the pool was amazing (it's almost like a resort!) and the gym was always kept very clean. I had 2 times I needed maintenance for very minor things, and the building manager always made sure everything was fixed asap. I always felt like she goes above and beyond for the tenants, making me feel like family! I've lived in many apartments in my life, but Bridgewater Pointe was the only one that felt like home. My favorite part of my apartment was the massive screened in balcony! I spent almost every night out there. If you're looking for a place to call home, this is definitely the place! Maybe one day, I'll be back!”

“Here is my honest review, Keshia is amazing she really helped me in my process I'm sure I got on her nerves but she never stopped helping me she was always very professional, She definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I would give her 10 stars but I took off one because of the trash by the dumpster and resident who let their dog poop in front of my door and the people I see throwing trash onto the grass. Respect where you live.”

“I currently been living here for two years ! They are amazing! They work with you for sure! When you need maintenance for anything in the apartment our maintenance guy EZ comes quick and get the job done. Debbie and Dana in the leasing office is amazing. The neighborhood is very quiet and the rent is good deed !!! Very good neighbors you will love it !”

“Apartments are very nice, with many balconies overlooking the lake(s) and the abundant birds that live here. Maintenance is on point, I never had to wait more than 1 day for a service request, however the apartments are so well maintained I only had to call maintenance twice in 12 months. The neighbors are all fantastic and very friendly, and the apartments have a fairly large sized dog park to let your pet off their leash to run around and have fun. 5/5 I would recommend living here to my friends and family!”

“As a longtime resident, I can admit there have been many problems with this complex in the past. However, the present management and staff have been an absolute Godsend. They have worked diligently to address any problems or concerns that I have brought to them. I recently renewed my lease and am well pleased with their offer. Rules around the property are made for the safety and betterment of the complex. A previous review mentioned not having anything on the patios or balconies. These places are not meant for storage and excessive items tend to devalue the property as well as not presenting good optics to would-be tenants. The pools have been closed several times recently due to vandalism and theft of items needed for safety. Any rational person would applaud and appreciate the staff for their concern for resident safety. These matters were attended to in timely fashion. The staff has made and continues to improve the property and overall lifestyle for the residents. Weekly emails keep residents apprised of developments, opportunities and concerns, so you are always in the know. While no complex is perfect, I recommend if you are looking for a place - Palmview Cove is well worth listing as an option.”

“It's one of the better complexes on Palm Bay Rd, but they have a lot of subletters in this place! There really is no way to regulate that unfortunately, so it is what it is. Some apartments next to us have 4-5 people living in them and we know all of them aren't listed at the office.”

“I was reading some of the reviews.I just started the process of trying to move here.Rose, the property manager, has been absolutely wonderful to me, and she is helping me, going out of her way, because I am disabled I need a little more help with certain things.Rose has been wonderful. She responded to me right away.This is the 1st place to take the time to help. I have been dealing with a lot of apartment management, and she has been the best.Life is not easy for anyone right now. But she has made it smooth so far.I thought everyone would appreciate positive feedback.”
