“On behalf of my daughter who is a tenant, I wanted to Thank Kelvin and Tony Camacho Who went beyond the call of duty to help my daughter fix her dryer. My daughter is a single parent with two small children with tons of laundry to do and when I told these gentlemen, the situation that she needed help right away, they immediately jumped on this request and I’m happy to say her washing machine and dryer are working in fine thanks to these two gentlemen. Just want to say thank you so much my daughter so happy living in your apartment.

“Applying here at Windover palms has been wonderful and simple. Mostly because of Starr. She has been patient and trying her best to try to get me into my new place ?. I've applied at other places, that turned into a nightmare. They would give me the run around. I seen other employees working there at Windover Palm and they waived to me as if I lived there. ?The whole entire staff here has been friendly! With a happy staff makes me feel better about living there. Thank you Starr for all your time and help!”
“Compass is a nice place to live. It’s quiet and the staff are friendly and try their hardest to make repairs whatever they may be. Karen is so wonderful. She’s always pleasant and does a great job. She has so many apartments to oversee. She takes the time to listen even if it’s not apartment related. Augustine and Manuel the maintenance guys have so many apartments to take care of and there are only two of them. They are always kind and helpful when there is a problem that needs attention. I want to thank them for getting my place in great condition. This complex is older so they definitely have their fair share of issues but they are always addressed in an effective manner. Thank you to all of you.

“I currently been living here for two years ! They are amazing! They work with you for sure! When you need maintenance for anything in the apartment our maintenance guy EZ comes quick and get the job done. Debbie and Dana in the leasing office is amazing. The neighborhood is very quiet and the rent is good deed !!! Very good neighbors you will love it !”
“I have been living at Highlands at Viera for o er a year.
The mantainance team is friendly ad respond to repairs quickly.
My thanks to Cliff for doing the inspection last week and fixing most of what the apartment needed.
When I first moved here, the former mantainance manager was not friendly. The new one, Steve with his team are efficient and friendly.
Now I am going to reach out to management to fix or repair my dryer, and dishwasher. These are big items, and I hope that management approves my ticket to fix these two appliances.
I will post a follow up.

“I have lived here for 11years and I highly recommend this apartment complex. The staff is amazing and professional. The maintenance worker Michael explains all work done and work orders are completed in a timely manner and as requested. Rose in the office creates a community not only where it is safe, but also a where neighbors care for neighbors. Many functions for all. Holiday parties as well as random breakfasts and movie nights. Highly recommend.”

“We moved in just a week ago, so these are first impressions. The place is beautiful, very clean. Amenities all working and available to residents. There are different activities held in the complex and the area itself is very walkable. The best part of the complex is the admin team. When we were just applying, we were looking at several places, and Centre Pointe (Michelle) was consistently giving fastest, most relevant and most patient replies to any queries. :-) I know the website can be confusing to navigate around, so don't hesitate to reach out to the office. Later on we met Taylor, Ernest, Bo. Everyone is very helpful and attends to any questions or request very promptly.
I briefly looked at what people were complaining about in their reviews, and would say that whatever was in the team's power to resolve - it was resolved.
Also we were happy to meet a few fellow Texans here. :-)”
