I would like to say that I was not having a great day today and then I am walked into the store and was greeted by a Brian. Intern, he informed me and help me with my purchase was very well spoken made the experience great made my day as well thank you Brian.

Had an easy time with purchase and bought the warranty. One year into having the couch and needed to make a claim. The claim company was straight forward but have had nothing but issues trying to use the warranty we were awarded from the claim company. Store keeps claiming they don’t accept the email that was sent and have been playing phone tag for months with the store and claims company who won’t talk to eachother. Claim company says everything is right on their end store keeps saying they don’t have the right forms.
