Mark is amazing and the rest of staff is very responsive.He is quick to get on the task whatever it may be. My field of work is not easy to find insurance for and Mark went above and beyond to help me out. Anytime I need anything he is right on it and responds within an hr. I would give 10 stars if possible!

I called the insurer direct for a damage estimate after a hurricane. I didn't think it would be covered as I expected it to be below the deductible but I was advised to check anyway. Despite it being a big hurricane the inspector arrived surprisingly quickly after my call, took a lot of time to inspect, answered all my questions, was friendly and gave me quotes which were helpful due to the fact that my neighbors tree was responsible for the damage.They can be a little difficult to get a hold of, but they are a small business and I don't doubt their sincerity. Besides, like any company, if they don't call you back or send you a bill then it's the customers responsibility to contact them, not visa versa. That's just normal for most businesses anyway. I am definitely satisfied.

Extremely unprofessional and their lack of communication is astounding. 5 days and counting to receive a simple Home Owners Insurance Quote and not once have they called me back to follow up nor have they ever emailed me. Beware of this company and consider going elsewhere if you actually want to get something accomplished.
