My homeowners insurance informed me a few months ago that they weren't going to renew my policy due to "exposure hazard ". I have a mortgage and the deadline was looming. ? I called so many insurance companies and kept getting the same answer - won't cover me until I get a new roof. Finally I got lucky/blessed to call All Brevard Insurance by an unexpected source (NOT an insurance company !!) and within minutes Melissa came up with a solution for me in case roof wasn't completed in time. Her calm demeanor along with her expertise is so much appreciated! Highly recommend
