Brand new to archery and accidentally dry fired a new bow that I had purchased from the Big Bass Store down the street to be fixed and tuned. The guys at the shop didn’t bat an eye and made sure my new bow was properly repaired, tuned, and ready to hunt. They took their time to answer all my questions and make sure I was ready to go as well. Down to earth and professional, highly recommend!

Went today to purchase two bows and was told you HAVE to use a release with compound bows. I've never used one in my life for my compound and never will. I personally detest using them. That's all I had to hear. Not impressed.

Very knowledgeable and helpful- I felt very comfortable and there was a great selection. We were able to bring life back to life an old recurve; and I saw another that I want to come back and get! Glad I made the drive- Great store !!

I called about two weeks ago trying to get a peep sight replaced. They said they were busy but, had me bring my bow in anyway, replaced my peep sight, watched me shoot it, and had me ready to go in an hour. All without trying to sell me anything I didn’t need, will definitely be back.

I see that they removed my first review so I'll leave it again. Rude, smug and very unprofessional. He tried to pull a fast one by telling me that my bow would cost more than others to set up so he was going to charge me close to $300. I have a bear bow which doesn't require a press to set up. He also tried to sell me a hoyt while I was in there. Terrible business and do not recommend! Jokes on him b/c I'm looking for my 3rd bow which will be a Mathews so he lost business with that...
