I walked all over the big box store, looking for a hook blade for my utility knife. They had regular blades in several locations. Employees didn't even know what it was. I should have just started at Ace. Helpful employee and well arranged store.

Excellent customer service. Store clerks, meet you at the door and escort you through the store for all your hardware needs. You can be in and out of that store in five minutes. This is something that the big stores don't offer...
