If your looking to get colors that are not natural...they wont do it. 3 stylists in there turned my business down because i wanted purple color. Great for older demographic but not for anyone under 60

My name is Lillian Black and this post is being done on my sons computer, however, the problem is with me.Whatever you do, DO NOT let Luisa touch your hair. She cut (and thinned) the back of my hair without my permission. Left me with hardly any. When I tried to contact the Owner/Mgr about what she did, she never even called to talk with me. I guess the stylist are allowed to do whatever they please with no problem. Luisa speaks broken English and does not remember from week to week what you ask of her. You just have to let her do what she wants to do and deal with it. I tried for over 6 months and nothing worked. Then she finally cracked and left me in a mess. Some of the girls are fine, but try to get one.

I've been going to Diana for 18 years. She went from Designer 10 when it closed to New Look a few years ago. I have always been satisfied.

Made an appointment for a cut and blow out. Arrived and then was told the stylist didn’t actually have time to blow dry my hair, which was the main point of me getting my hair done tonight. Thank you for ruining my date night! ??????

I knew as soon as I walked in , that this must be the place to go for hair!! It was so busy and every booth was filled with the stylist and their client! And the reason, because it felt like everyone knew everyone and it was such a relaxed atmosphere !! Joni was great!! She took time to see what look I was going for in the way of coloring of my hair!! It turned out great and I will definitely be coming back!! I highly recommend, “A New Look”!!! Because the name says it all!!
