Only 3 chairs and someone sleeping in one, others used. 5-6 people hanging out front despite repeated actions by security. Machine refused my credit so had to use a 20, had to carry around a ton of quarters...no paper change. Some annoying gun drama on the whole time. Put on the weather or news or comedy or reruns. Not enough time for a movie and times too depressing for a drama. No attendant.....wait there's a bathroom!? No idea or info about how much detergent etc to use in these jumbo machines.
A really annoying visit. Really need an attendant.

The price is a little higher, but it's worth it! Everything new, AC, 24 hours, clean bathroom. Large, efficient machines.

Attention to the owner of the location you have homeless people hanging around inside & living in the building and I used your washer and dryer 2 different times and the homeless people open the washer and dryer and take people stuff or add their stuff to it so please do the location a favor and stop the 24/7 open & have someone work there unless you like homeless people doing drugs and random things.

Went and put my clothes in dryer number 27. Put in three dollars of quarters. Guess what doesn’t work! So I’m out of three dollars of quarters. First time not a good experience washer was nice but there was no sign on this dryer and can’t even get my three dollars back! Now I’m trying 31 hopefully it works but I’m out of three dollars when I shouldn’t be!!!

Pros - Lots of washers and dryers. Can pay with credit card or app if you don't have cash. Prices are a little high but not terrible.Cons- You have to pay a fee to use a credit card through the app. Dryers don't dry. I put a small load of laundry in their huge dryer for 7 cycles and half the clothes were still wet. I took the dry clothes to one of the folding tables, which are dark grey marble, and set my white sheet and hand in something sticky on the table. I tried to go into the bathroom to rinse the sticky off my hand but the door was locked and there was no attendant to help.I will go to a different laundromat next time.

Husband and I went to go do laundry like we do every other weekend. We recently switch to this place even though it’s much further from our house since our local place is usually slam packed being right next to an apartment complex. We set our washers and handled an errand we had right across the street. When we returned about 20 minutes later, the machines had stopped and did not spin or agitate the clothes. 5 entire washers just stopped and left our soap on our clothes and sopping wet. We called the number multiple time before he got an answer telling him to call the company who runs the apps for the machines. They couldn’t help. My husband explained that we were told only management could adjust the washers and provide a refund for the wash. The individual then told us that management was unavailable and that they themselves were out of town so they couldn’t help. Then said there were error messages (did not clarify what kind). I explained that the washers couldn’t have been “overloaded” or have created too many suds, as we placed the clothes in washers in the other side and it worked with no problem even though the clothes were obviously much heavier being wet, and my tide pods hadn’t even dissolved. They messaged back and said we would receive nothing after spending over $40 for soaking wet unwashed clothes. After leaving a voicemail and being told to text the business number, I finally got someone to respond. They insisted the issue never happened and that no one had contacted them about the issue. When I sent the screenshot proving them wrong they completely stopped responding. Had to contact our bank who was kind enough to put a hold on the charge due to the discrepancy until it gets sorted. So far nothing back from the business.

I used their "Laundry Boss" payment system for one of their large washine machines. It charged me then after I hit the start button the machine displayed "OUT OF ORDER". I texted the help number on display and the person on the other end insisted that an out of order machine could not charge me (it did). Then they said it had been out of order since earlier in the day (there was no sign or message on the machine). I texted screen shots from my bank account showing I was charged. The person then said that I was looking at pending charges (I wasn't). It's been 2 weeks since then and the charges were have gone through and are no longer pending; I was never credited back my money.

I come to this place to wash my clothes I put my money in washing machine 17 and it's a door error I text the number no response no one should use this laundromat stay away from this laundromat they will take your money and won't give it back to you won't respond to the text message water barely come into the machine and I have been trying to get my money from the broke washer for a week now

Update 2/6/23I will never return. Crowd of drug users in there last night, ended with the police coming with guns drawn on a man welding a hatchet. Yes, a hatchet.BewareThis is a brand new place as of 11/2022I washed my bedding, and was super happy. Two king sized comforters, two queen duvet covers and two queen blankets all fit in the washer with room to spare!!

It's not the best just bc it's has the newest equipment!! With new comes higher prices! Plus I've never heard of a laundromat charging the customer tax! Yup!! .18 cents tax I paid on the $3.50 cold water washing of my precious clothing!! Yeah I would not support this place if it were not the only game in town! Trust me anyplace else has Got to be better than A Laundromat of Melbourne!!Yeah surrre yar!

Initially the machine ripped me off for the money called them or texted them they automatically remotely added credit to the machine so that I could do my laundry. I really appreciated that but I was not overly impressed with the washing machine I use don't think it did that great of a job nor did the dryer but the place is extremely clean neat nice appearance and appears to be awesome but my experience was maybe not quite average

Nice,clean and efficient wirh app control for payment. Negative, bathroom is locked and no attendant for bathroom lock.

Nice place yet should put 6 minutes per quarter not 4 for my clothes were not dried I only giving advice for you to help you get people in or you just want to get money I been to other laundry mats never spent as much as I did here I was like you were closer so I take the time to go to post road unless you make changes on your dryers

This place has changed management it seems and had a complete renovation done. Any review older than 2 months is irrelevant.They are now 24 hour BTW.
