Cashier didnt know how to scan the App to use it to pay for the product bought. 7-11 pushes using the app, maybe they should train employees on how to use it !!!

Horrible customer service!!! The woman who is “deaf” that works night shift named Linda. Has an attitude with anyone! She will overcharge you for things! She steals food every shift that she works! Expired food or not expired! She will snatch your money out of your hand when paying. My husband goes to get a coffee this awful employee overcharges him he used his rewards the coffee should of been a 1.29ish nope she will scan his barcode and cancel out the rewards so he would have to pay almost 4 dollars for a coffee. One time she rung me up for 10 slim Jim’s when I only had 4 when I told her the price was wrong she got so angry started to hit the buttons on the register hard and snatched my money out of my hand literally snatched it and THREW MY CHANGE ON THE COUNTER INSTEAD OF HANDING IT TO ME!!! You try to tell her it’s not right and she talks to you like you are stupid and a waste of space! I have had runs in with her snatching money out of my hand MORE than once. I was homeless(but still having a job a job I’ve been at for over a year!) at one point and would go in there she would belittle me take to me like I’m trash try to say I(and husband) was stealing when every time we would PAY for our drinks or snacks. Made comments like oh getting junk food instead of real food while she is stealing food from her job. One time other employee went to throw away the expired food this grown woman LINDA THREW A FIT like a toddler. There has been so many runs ins with her by my husband and my self also my coworkers who are right next doors! We have told the store owner multiple times and nothing has been done with this woman who clearly needs to be fired! Im surprised she hasn’t had no one jump over the corner on her yet!

I'd like to say that one employee has an anger issue. After seeing the gentleman slam the scanner on the counter, and raising the price by 3$each . And scaring my granddaughters when they were showing the employee the 5$ price card. Then he dismissed them and said simply that it was not the price.

This morning I came in and I was greeted right as I walked in the store there was a line but no problem because Adam was working two registers at once I don't have rewards so he made it so I got the discount anyways he went above and beyond my expectations I'll continue to do business there the store is super clean

Buyer beware. Second time this has happened. Big red sign saying 5 hour energy is two for 6.50. Cashier tried charging 7.98 even though I showed her the sign. Refused to make it right and also left the sign up saying she couldn't do anything. The cashier was wearing a Gucci face mask but didn't catch her name. This is unfortunate as most 7-11 stores I visit are pleasant experiences. Im in the service industry so I stop a lot. This particular 7-11 is the store that continually has these pricing issues.
