I love 7-11 but this is the first 7-11 I've been to where a staff member is beyond rude. It's sad because this one is a minute away from my house, but I'd rather drive to another convenient store and avoid unfriendly faces cus no one has time for bad attitude.

the gas pumps suck and are so slow! it took 10min to fill my tank, it was going one cent per second. And it’s almost all the pumps out of 16 that are broken

I bought a fountain drink with my points. I dropped the cup, didn’t take one sip. I asked to get another drink and the owner said, “No.”. I couldn’t believe it. I used points for the purchase. He still said, “No!” It would have been such a cool thing if the owner had not taken such a negative attitude. I’m very sad to give this review. I won’t stop at this location again.

Rude staff especially one oldady with a long hair. I dont understand one thing is, are they wantedly begin rude or are they not in good stable?One day that lady already have billed one coffee and took my money to but after going to the coffee machine, it requires cleaning which takes more that 40-50mins to get clean and I was going out of the states, when I came back to that lady and asked I dont want my coffee it takes a while could you please give back my money, guys she was such a rude that didn't even respond in the place and next to other counter there was one more staff and she was never bothered whats going, then I asked okay at least let me get any drink which is equalant to that price she told fine after I bring the drink she is like no no you can't get these drinks and you are not allowed to get this, and I also told that If you want I will pay extra, but she was like no I dont want to do business with you just get out of my store. And funny thing is in seven eleven you guys never do any refunds and you guys dont have managers or owners contact number with staff or with in store. If you the manager or owners of the store I would recommend you to check the CCTV what happened that day and how rude was your staff. Here money is not the matter that way she treated it hurts. She was also speaking good with American but as soon as myself and my friend came to the billing immediately she changed the way she spoke she is being racist to be in simple terms.

I would give this a negative 5 stars if I could. Their staff is extremely rude to me and my boyfriend. I don't appreciate how rude they are.Short story: my boyfriend accidentally spilled his beverage and warned an employee but the employee was extremely rude and called him the "B word" VERY RUDE staff!!!! Don't recommend this place!!!

They need to improve their organization. There were no lids available for the cups, and when I asked for assistance, the employee ignored me and was on her phone. Please consider providing better training for your staff as they seem to be unproductive and not attentive to customers.
