7-Eleven used to hold their franchisees to actual standards. How the owner of this location is allowed to keep it as well as his other one in Cocoa area is beyond me. Staff are friendly but owner I wouldn't trust to run a lemonade stand never mind a convenience store of this nature. 7-11 needs to start once again holding franchisees accountable.

Clean and great location but there is NEVER any hot food in the morning. Rollers are completely empty at 630am and a kid behind the counter on his phone. Other stores have all kinds of food ready including pizza, this place never does.

Kristy went above and beyond with making me fresh cookies. They need to give her a raise or promotion!! I can tell by how she takes care of the customers she is the heart and back bone of this store !

Greg on graveyard shift is one of the most polite and kind people I've ever encountered at any convenience store. As I entered the store I was greeted with a "hello!" And a cheerful smile. As he cashed me out he was respectful and seemed like he genuinely enjoyed being there. You're doing a great job Greg. Keep up the great work!

This 7-11 is usually nice & clean, as are basically all stores in this area, the people that work here are always polite, never had any customer service issues. The downsides of this location are the last few times I’ve needed to pick up a quick grocery item that 7-11 is known to carry, there is no or low stock on these items. The reason for the 2/5 starts is they run out of premium gas a LOT and it’s so much more expensive than all the other gas stations around here. It’s also super inconvenient they don’t take Apple Pay anymore at this particular location but most stores do.

Terrible. They either never have gas or the pumps are down. Do not waste your time going there. Just drive the extra distance and go to either Shell or Mobile.

I still have not recieved my refund from being double charged for gas Phone number does not go thru so I have to drive an hour oyut of my way to get this resolved. Some people count on every dollar. And in order to go there it's gonna cost me $30. What am I supposed to do?
