I was in the store the other day getting a pre paid visa, and I wasn't sure if it was done correctly because the card wouldn't activate. Melissa took her time while the store was busy to find my receipt and fix it the problem for me. She even looked in the trash, then sent me a picture of the receipt..Alot of people wouldn't have taken the time because it was my fault for not keeping the receipt. She went above and beyond and was so kind and patient the whole time. Amazing customer service.

Unprofessional employee who was rude, and ignores customers when they need an issue resolved saying "this ain't my (her) store."Purchased an HQD Vape and when I got home I opened it up and it wouldn't work at all, so I drove back to this location to exchange or at least get my money back ($33) and this female employee informed me there was nothing she could do. I insisted she try to help me out since I didn't want to be out of the money and she said to call the store tomorrow and proceeded to leave the counter and continue scanning products that needed restocked. I asked her why she couldn't help me and she said "you walked out of the store and opened it." (Who opens and hits a vape inside of a store?) and proceeded to ignore me when I was pleading my case. Then she proceeded to get offended when I called someone to explain the situation and told me to "get the f-- out of the store." Would give negative stars for this location solely based on this interaction, take your business elsewhere!

Ok, I have to write about this. This was the cleanest 7-11 I have ever been in. The people there were professional and polite. I will be going there more often.
