From the sales aspect, design, communication, project management, detailed responses to concerns,questions, and preferences in design details, All of it was ABOVE AND BEYOND 5 STARS! For a highly anxious, OCD homeowner who likes to be included in the process this is a HUGE accomplishment. They let me visit the manufacturing bay on the day the frame was welded, walked me through granite countertop selections twice and responded after hours multiple times even when it could have waited til the next business day. “I needed an ice cream scoop and a travel coffee mug today. I found those and more in an inviting, joyful welcoming thrift store. This place no only my ice cream scoop but half priced table linens. I had ridden my bike and had to return home to get money ( I headed out on a bike ride then remembered my bigger plan so returned home to get some cash). I chose too many thinks for my cash. The nice man behind me offered me a $5 bill to complete my purchases. It ended up not being necessary. That is what kind of place Vintage Thrift Store attracts. Reuse is not only good for our planet but for our souls. OH I forgot, a man was playing the piano in the store! IT WAS FANTASTIC!!! It really kept me shopping just to hear his playing and singing. Visit this place, you'll be glad you did.”

My Subaru developed a large tear on the front seat; Hanks Upholstery repaired it perfectly. There is not even one tiny difference between the repaired surface and the original seat cover. “A+ Auto Tops did an awesome job recently replacing the headliner in my Volkswagen Jetta (and a couple of family cars in the past decade or so). The process of getting an estimate, booking a date, and dropping off the car was quick and easy, and the quality of the work performed is top notch. Communication was excellent, and great care was taken to keep the car clean while the old, disintegrating headliner was removed. Craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride in work seems harder to come by nowadays, so I feel grateful for their services. I highly recommend this business to others!”

“Palm Casual Patio Furniture store in Melbourne recently repaired our PVC pool furniture "under warranty" at no cost. They replaced five cracked fittings. The furniture was at least ten years old and I'm not sure it was even purchased at their store. Excellent service and very nice people. We bought our porch table and chairs there about four years ago. Very comfortable, high quality and holding up nicely at the ocean.”

“We went to the OMF store in Melbourne FL. Chris was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We bought a new queen mattress. We have an adjustable bed frame so the factory made special adjustments to our new mattress to help us get the longest life out of our mattress. The mattress was delivered on 9/20/24 by Herb and Christian. These men bagged and removed our old mattress before bringing in the new mattress. Herb and Christian work well together and were respectful, on time, courteous, professional and nice. All in all from purchase to delivery I am extremely happy with OMF. I highly recommend OMF to anyone in the market for a new mattress. Thank you Chris, Herb, and Christian.”
