“I bought an RC plane in an auction house in Florida and I live in New York City. The wingspan of the plane is 80 inches and the fuselage is around 70 inches The plane and wing are so big that usps could not transport it. Atlantic pack and parcel picked up the plane from the auction house separated the wing from the fuselage and stored it at their place for a little over two months free of charge until I found a way to ship it to New York. Charlene and Sophia were always professional, cooperative and supported me through the whole process. I appreciate very much their efforts.”
“Had great customer service by an associate name Anthony and he even helped me pick out the computer chair I needed and signed me up with staples rewards system and helped me load the product he was nice and pleasant to talk to he even got my mom to sign up for the rewards program I hope he gets a raise or some kind of reward for helping me and my mom with what we needed I sure am going to be shopping here for all my needs that staples can meet”

“Joshua at UPS Store saved us a big headache today. Dropped off a package earlier in the day but needed to retrieve it back. Went back at 5 PM where I'm sure there were hundreds of packages ready for pickup and a long line behind me. He was able to pull the package quickly and returned to the line without missing a beat.

“Been here on multiple occasions, fantastic service every time. They're on it every time with printing proofs of purchase/shipping labels, finding correct packaging/protection at fair pricing, informing of other methods that may suit a shipper's need better, and following up with shipping progress if need be. They work with all major shipping companies and some smaller ones. Also have a nice vibe & friendly people. Makes sense why they've been here servicing Palm Bay for a long time (: will be coming back for all shipping needs in the future!”

“Every time I go in there to mail a package the staff is friendly and the line moves fairly quickly. I appreciate this so much because I tried using the post office closest to my house and the staff there always seems annoyed and they are not friendly at all.
Now I go out of my way to go to this one.”

“Very convenient to use the self-service kiosk. Even after the working hours. The foyer is open, so you can drop off your prepaid package at any time and get a receipt with the tracking number on it as well. No line, no wasted time, no problem.”
“I ordered a first Christmas tree ornament last November. It never arrived. Today, Feb 28th, I received an email from the West Melbourne Post Office to let me know my package with the ornament was there (it had been shipped to my old address in West Melbourne), they would hold it until Saturday before it would be discarded. I rushed to pick it up and, although I was told that they don't typically email about undeliverable mail, I had the email from Chantel, who told me they would typically dispose of undeliverable mail, but she opened it and saw it was a baby's first Christmas ornament with engraving. She found my email address on the receipt and emailed me. How unbelievably kind and I can't thank her enough for going out of her way to help!”
