I have been a professional real estate from development rentals and recruiting agents ... I have had the worse experience on which would have been a simple rental this agent was unprofessional not forthright and discriminatory! Sotheby's has been my real estate company over the years in listing million dollar auctions to rentals over the past 12 years when I relocated. When an agent takes it upon her self to judge without running credit check accepted check and tell you you can move in the next day and calls you and tries to move you to another property of less of my needs it's disappointing then she becomes irate and won't communicate properly it's a sad day in real estate...I pray that there are more forthright agents to make the difference..,

I had Treasure coast Sotheby’s international Realty list my home in Melbourne, Florida last year. Mia Ordetx was my Realtor.. My home was sold in 3 days and I was very happy, things went very smooth. I would recommend Mia and definitely use her and Treasure coast Sotheby’s with all my real estate endeavors in the future.

They reported my rental income to the IRS incorrectly. I had to hire an accountant to file an amended return. Even though they admitted their error, this company still refuses to reimburse me for the cost of filing my amended return. This company does not care about its clients.
