“I can’t say enough amazing things about this property. My husband and I stayed here with our two small dogs and had the best time. We loved that it overlooked the beach. The breakfast every morning was the best home cooked meal I’ve had in a long time. My mom recently passed away and I haven’t had a home cooked meal since so this healed something inside me! Thank you Ann and Kim, we can’t wait to come back and stay again!!”

Nearby activities: Many natural activities and protected parks

Walkability: Walks in parks and the beach

Noteworthy details: Exit and go directly to the beach, barbecue grill facing the sea, everything great”

“This was our second stay at Tuckaway Shores. We absolutely love coming from Miami, of all places, for a long weekend right on the beach! The constant sounds of the waves breaking, the tranquility of a lovely expansive beach, and the wonderful terrace overlooking both is just amazing! No need to go out to eat as you can prepare your meals there dining with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The suites are comfortably and well appointed, and the owners and staff are so accomodating and helpful. There is no place like Tuckaway Shores!”

“Had a really nice suite for my wedding weekend. Enjoyed a reception dinner at the restaurant at the back. My two complaints is that the floors of the suite were slanted and very uneven. There were pockets where the vinyl flooring was not flush with the concrete under it so it was very noisy to walk on. The second is that you had to pay for valet separately each night. If you didn’t valet you had to walk up about 30 stairs to go over the street and back down 30 stairs. I feel as though at least one night of parking should be comped or at least a discounted if you are staying at the hotel. $90 extra for three nights is expensive. And if the parking lot was more accessible I wouldn’t have valet.”

“To start off with I want to talk about the very first thing you see when you walk in which is the employees... You can sometimes have the best hotel but the absolute worst workers and I'll never go back. This hotel is a pretty great hotel but having AMAZING employees that are kind considerate RESPECTFUL AND smiling no matter what stupid questions I had they answered them with a smile. The young man Melanio was WAY ABOVE & BEYOND WITH HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE, so friendly and full of big smiles and I think I caught him at the end of his shift, but he was still Kind! . I had lots of dumb questions cuz I had been at a funeral and drove all day and was beyond tired and had lots of weird questions and he saw that I was getting overwhelmed with the other lady talking fast she was also VERY sweet and very kind, she was talking fast because she knew how tired I was it was just trying to help me hurry to bed. he then so I was kind of getting overwhelmed so he reexplained everything to me I just really appreciated him! They were both GREAT To start with the positives I love that they are reasonably priced. The room was super super clean and I absolutely loved how they had every little teeny tiny amenity you might need while you're there we had a sweet so it had the dishwasher and everything worked great we had an ice maker that made the ice for us while we were out they even thought to include little sponges and and in the bathrooms of course they had everything you need. I love that for the pull-out bed you didn't have to go looking for sheets but that that already comes with the entire set of sheets and blankets and top blanket and pillows and pillowcases. The negative side was that the room smelled very musty and mildew and very stale. I did have to go and buy a Lysol spray to spray in the room. However we are right by the ocean and I know sometimes that does affect the smell. Also when you pull the fold-out couch bed that we needed there's literally absolutely no way to get back and forth in the room once the bed is pulled out so you cannot get to the kitchen or vice versa to the bathroom unless you rearrange the entire room and have to move the dining table. But all things considered those can be minor inconveniences. So long as you have the patience to rearrange. But I highly recommend and we will definitely use this as one of our new frequent stays

Rooms: As I went into great detail above the rooms were very efficient and I had a sweet that I absolutely loved and I had everything we could possibly need.

Nearby activities: Nearby we are literally within 2 mi of the airport and the beaches and the stores are right across the street it is very conveniently located”

“Very happy with our 6 night stay. This is certainly a budget hotel but the rooms are a good size and decently clean, beds are comfortable, service was good, and location and access to the beach can't be beat.As others have mentioned the interior walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors if they're a bit noisy, but wasn't much of an issue for us. We appreciated the layout and quality of exterior walls and windows as we heard absolutely no outside noise.Be aware if you get a patio room that you can't actually get to the beach from the patio - I wouldn't book such a room again as at least with the balconies you can SEE the ocean. My only real complaint would be the grounds and parking area - there was garbage and debris every day that was never cleaned up and made everything look kind of ick.”

“The staff was fantastic. Every room is ocean view or front . Nice pool and walk to the beach. Not crazy about $16 parking but every place does it. Price for resort atmosphere on point. Rooms were fine”

“We ended up at this hotel due to a hurricane evacuation, and it was the best hotel stay. So good that I will plan on staying here anytime I’m working in the area in the future. The staff was so nice and helpful, particularly the front desk agents and head of operations, Eric. The rooms are nice, and the bistro is excellent. Great and unique menu items with delicious food. The young lady who ran the bistro is very helpful as well. Highly recommend this hotel.”

“Great location for PC. It can get pricey staying near PC save some money and stay here. It's about 25 min drive and park off site

Rooms: High ceilings so it didn't feel claustrophobic”

“After Hurricane Milton, I was in 6 different hotels over 10 days. ESA Melbourne was by far the best of the bunch with super clean rooms and friendly staff at a reasonable rate. Thank you Brandy & Katrina for your professionalism.”

“If you do your research, you know the balconies are not accessible at this time. However the giant windows in both the bedroom and living room make it worth it. Chris was more than accommodating and we can’t speak more highly of him and his customer service. Room was clean and the AC worked well. Beach chairs and umbrella 40$ a day or 15 an hour.”

“Great staycation location
The only drawback was that everything had a price. The price of the room was enough that beach chair or bicycle should have been included”

“Front desk was a little grumpy but it happens, she looked tired. Lobby was very dull. Not inviting at all.

Room needed some TLC but it was clean. Maintenance clearly had worked on the room which is a positive thing in my book It just wasn'tvisually appealing. Everything worked as well. .

The housekeeper in the morning seemed new but she was absolutely wonderful! Gave me suggestions on what to eat and helped me with adjusting the water in the shower. I believe her name was Taran or Terren.

Safety: It was not as bad as people told me. It was quiet at night and I saw no other guests. Safe as any other hotel and much more so than the Americas Best on 192!

Walkability: McDonalds and convenience stores within 15min walk as well as Publix and some shopping. Also has a nice view of the river directly in front of the property, perfect for a stroll in the morning or late afternoon.

Noteworthy details: The housekeeper (Terren) was awesome!
Clean rooms with working amenities.
Great price especially for a last minute booking.
Safe property although a bit boring in terms of nearby activities.”

“Rooms: Small but up to date.

Nearby activities: Canova Beach access is directly across A1A. But there is no crosswalk. Your your own crossing busy A1A. The crosswalks are short distances either way. The Cuban restaurant next door is very good but a bit on the pricey side.”

“Stayed at this Days Inn a couple times this year. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The pool is nice. Great location just off the interstate with a short drive to the beach and other locations & attractions.

Amazing AC & hot water. Even though this is a motel with the doors leading outside, the rooms are very quiet.

Traveling with a baby they have cribs and playpens for the little ones.

First place I ever saw a gator in the wild!

Rooms: Rooms were clean, beds are comfortable but the mattress covers like keep sliding off, the WiFi can be hit or miss on speed.

Nearby activities: The beach.

Walkability: There are gas stations and a few restaurants that you could walk too.

Noteworthy details: Parking can be tight on pool side.”

“The rooms are clean and the staff is great. By far the best service I've had at a hotel. The only issue is that the owner insists on advertising as pet friendly yet refuses to allow cats. (The friendliness and service provided by the manager and his staff did a lot to offset this, though.)”
