Had a small watch issue with the bezel. I keep the parts and Enrico fixed it - FREE - while I waited. Did it in 5 minutes. Great guy and his wife is just as nice.

I was in their store in Lake George, NY, I was looking for an ring with my mom’s birthstone. My mom and I frequented this area frequently. She had passed away in May, I found the aquamarine ring and it was the perfect size! Beautiful, as the women handed me the receipt she said, I know you bought this in lake George so don’t be alarmed that the receipt says Melbourne beach, Fl. My mom was living in Melbourne beach, Fl! Will buy from them again when we see my dad.

Rico has beautiful jewelry! I always go to him for jewelry repairs. He is fair and reasonably priced and very honest! Turn around time for repairs is about one week, truly can't get better than that. I recommend him to everyone!

Rick has been awesome to work with. He made me custom bracelets with silver and 14k yellow gold exactly the way i wanted. I was able to return something my husband bought and i did not like it. He took it back no questions asked! He does beautiful work.
