My S&W M&P 15 incurred a really unusual issue (BCG would not reach full battery due to damage to the carrier key and gas tube). Mark kept me apprised and was excellent throughout throughout the fix. He's an expert and knows what he's talking about. His rates are more than fair. I highly recommend him.
