I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They sold me parts with a warranty, but the parts failed within a month. When I contacted them to claim the warranty, they gave me the runaround, blocked my calls, and only responded when I persistently reached out. They instructed me to purchase additional batteries and promised reimbursement via Zelle. However, this turned out to be a scam, as they continued to block my calls and never followed through on their promise. I’m baffled by their high rating because my experience has been marked by poor service and deceptive practices.

They were send out to jump start our truck, first said it was batteries, then said it was starter, and said they could repair it on site, then switched up and said oh wait it needs to be towed. incompetent mechanics and just trying to upsell to get more money

The owner is the real deal, after I got ripped off by Fleet Masters, Tricounty came in and pulled my trailer from them. Fleet Masters cut my airlines and damaged my braking system, this company was able to get all the repairs done with out ripping me off. The owner is very responsive and gets the job done. He is reasonable and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are awesome and incredibly fast! 4.5hrs from my radiator being punctured by a pole on the road to them completing the radiator replacement and getting me out of there. That includes 30min to get to me and another 30 to get me to their shop. Very professional and nice people. I am truly amazed! Thank you!

Towing boat to Keys and wheel came off trailer and bolts were sheared off. We were in Everglades in remote location. After calling, they sent flatbed tow truck and was on location within 90 minutes. They billed BoatUS for tow. The replaced all the parts and serviced the remaining hubs, new tire and rim, and got us on our way by 2pm the next day! couldn’t have been better service. Cudo’s to BoatUS too for immediately approving tow.

I had to have a load reworked (It shifted and the place rejected it,) so my company had me bring it here, and these guys were more than helpful getting to it promptly and restocking it. I cannot say enough about them. Excellent communication, excellent service, excellent helpfulness. If you need any kind of help, please consider these guys and you won't be disappointed.
