Took the car in on a Tuesday it took a week got the car back on Tuesday. The best time to bring in your car is Monday. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant. When you called, they pick up the phone. And when your car is ready. They call you. overall, great job.

My wife's 2013 VW Bug right rear fender had popped out of place. I took the car to Reinaldo's; Yonny came out to estimate the repair, saw what was wrong and popped the fender back into to place. NO CHARGE.Polite, Friendly and Professional. If I need body work in the future I will go to Reinaldo.
