My package got lost, I sent multiple emails and was totally ignored. Made several phone calls, kept getting "it's not on our end" and "we don't have it"The package showed as delivered to the Miami address but no one could find it. From 26th October to 14th December.It's a busy time, and I can offer grace, which I did, but this company clearly does not value its customers.

I don't have enough words to say how awful my experience with this company was. My car got scratches during shipment, and they refused to take any responsibility. I feel the process to file the claim lacked courtesy, transparency, and honesty. It is my belief that from the time I reported the damages they had no intention of paying a legitimate claim. They did not ask me to take get an estimate, nor send someone to look at the damages, they simply took the information I provided them and denied my claim saying that I accepted and signed off of the delivery, so they have no responsibility for the damages I observe 20 hours after that.

First, in my past experience the company was a five star operation prior to 2021. This has not been the case for at least the past 12 months. You will not believe this:They lost a shipment that was sent to Medley, Fl on 12/7/21 and have not taken responsibility. The St. Thomas office continues to provide an "claims department email address and keeps refusing to provide 1) an update of any kind, 2) a contact person in the claims department or a manager in any departments name, 3) a claim number, or 4) a phone number of the claims dept. They only will tell me that the person does not work in St, Thomas. The customer service at St. Thomas Cargo is the worst on the island. I have lived here for over 4 years and saying it is the worst is a very tall order as our island is not know for excellent customer service skills. These guys have gone from above average skills to now having ZERO skills for some reason. No one in the office in St. Thomas seems to care and the leadership is nowhere to be found. The one or two people who use to be good seem like they are close to leaving and in fact the manager left over a month ago.The owners are clearly absent and not at the wheel of the ship. It appears they do not want to be held accountable and only want the profits. There has been zero follow up. The St. Thomas office made me wait 30 days file a claim and when I did back on 1/7/22 they just took the paperwork and have done nothing. Then they told me 6 weeks later that the "would start the process of looking for the package (which by the way is 9 feet tall). Can you spell L-O-S-T. It took over a month more to get some general "claims department email" that told me they received the claim form. Today is 2/22/22 and I have sent 12 emails to three different people in the last three weeks asking for an update and all they can tell me is they do not have the $500+ package that I paid for in mid- November 2021.DO NOT CONSIDER FOR ONE MINUTE USING Paradise Freight/St. THOMAS CARGO TO BRING ANYTHING YOU CARE ABOUT TO ST.THOMAS. THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR STUFF.

Paradise Freight count your days! How you all are going to charge people 250.00 in insurance and when the items arrive damage in transit you state that it does not matter if it was insured through you and the consumer is responsible for it? Howwwww? What is insurance then? THAT SOUNDS LIKE INSURANCE FRAUD TO ME. I started with paradise freight from when they began but when businesses grow they forget who helped them get there. They have lost tons of customers and will continue too.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are a bunch of thieves and they prices are ridiculous.

pkg delivered on a Monday. Missed Wednesday sail. Missed next week too, and the week after that. Finally, only 1 out of three items showed up. "It's slow in Miami" was reason given. Next box arrived 2PM on 12/3 /21. Got a notice to pick it up on 1/18/22... 46 days after they received it in Miami. I am a patient person, but that's not even in the ballpark. Come back Marissa!

Not going to say good or bad. The whole customer service experience started off bad. I take that as a sign to stay away. I submitted for quotes 3 times and got no answer, so Im cool. People have had both good and bad experiences like any business, but when the bads are more and recent, I stay away, thats just me.
