“Spent many years going to this Ace Hardware Store. I moved to North Carolina 7 years ago and still come down twice a year to visit relatives. On the week of July 17, 2023, I needed to rekey (master key) 3 new previously bought locks and decided to go to this Ace. Fortunately, a friendly lady employee greeted me and called Travis the manager. Travis went out of his way to accomplish the task himself without delay and at a very low price. Turns out I had dealt with Travis before. The extremely courteous and professional service was a blessing. Had I responded to the bigger hardware stores, I would still be standing in line. “Very helpful!! After leaving the SW at Doral 41st St and Turnpike, we came to this location. We were just inquiring about which paint was better for outdoor, super paint vs duration. The employee was extremely helpful and went with us over the differences, pro and cons. We decided for super paint. Supposedly it was going to take 5 min to prepare the paint, but certainly was less than that. Very customer friendly.”
“I go here for autopaint and I think the price is reasonable for the kapci products. My only minor issue is the workers/owners don't smile at all and barely greet you or even speak. I felt uncomfortable few time but I got use to it.”
