“We found Units to be a professional and efficient provider of storage pods. Their rates were competitive, their service outstanding. Upon completing our construction project they were very helpful in finalizing our agreement and picking up the storage pod. Melissa and Jesus were both exceptional in making it a seamless process. Melissa worked with us for a date to schedule and made sure we knew what to do in preparation. Jesus called before arriving and had the container loaded within minutes . He asked if there were any issues and if there was something we needed. All were very customer orientated!We will definitely utilize them again when needed.”

“Overall it was a positive experience. Everyone I engaged with was professional and courteous. The only improvement would be to have 1 person be the contact for the customer. I spoke with one person to start the process, another person for the payment, another for the insurance requested by the building I was moving to, another person for the truck, etc. That to me was a little frustrating. When you are moving you have quite a lot on your plate, you don't need to be calling more than 1 person for an answer. Their prices were good, everyone I spoke to was friendly, and resolved the issue, I just wished it would of been 1 person. I would highly recommend their services.”

“My actual move was great. There was a lot of communication and it was easy to reach everyone involved.The day before my move I was called and told that someone had driven through my apt complex and the large truck couldn’t fit and they would need a van to transport my stuff to the big truck. This was going to be an extra ~$400, which I went and got in the form of a cashier’s check. The next day when the driver showed up (around 2 hours late due to a flat tire) he was never told about the need for a van and was able to pull the large truck in. This was pretty annoying to me.Otherwise, the men that moved my things were very kind and respectful. My things arrived very quickly to my destination and the guys were able to work with me when my husband and I had to be at work during a delivery time.”

The pod was delivered exactly on time - driver was very professional and friendly. The pod was picked up exactly on time - different driver but just as friendly and efficient!. We had the pod for three weeks while the floors of our house were redone and our belongings were safe and secure and in great shape when we unpacked the pod, in spite of rain and exceptionally high humidity during that time. We will definitely use them in the future when remodeling or moving.”
