Poor experience. Might be a good option for those inexperienced. My office in china was in communication with Edwin. After all was confirmed, Edwin (ship Lilly China office) denied the shipment because he thought we were hiding dangerous goods (batteries) in the shipment. We are 10 year Alibaba gold suppliers and have no reason to hide batteries in our shipments. What a joke this company is. They should be 1 star: luckily I shared this experience with someone and they told me about a previous partner from ship Lilly. Who was very kind and help solved the shipment.Also the management team was suppose to call me back next day with a solution and they never did.

For me, who knows nothing about imports, customs, storage and delivery, finding ShipLilly was the best thing that could have happened to me. Because not only did I find a group of excellent professionals, but the most important thing is to have found a brilliant group of people, who had all the patience in the world for me, explained to me step by step and from start to finish they treated me with respect and very good treatment, having Keep in mind that I did not know anything about that world and that I am also a small company, however, the entire group treated me as if I were a large company and also taught me a part of the business that I did not know. I don't have enough stars to put it in the review.

They are friendly but they have a big problem with the delay, I had an appointment at 8:30 am they said they had to finish loading a container that before 12 I was already unloaded and it is 1:15 and they have not touched the load

We've been shipping with Lilly & Assoc for at least six years. They've been terrific and are only getting better. We've taken bids from so many shipping companies, and Lilly virtually always comes in at the best rate. Whereas in the shipping business that might be a red flag in terms of responsiveness, the opposite is true with Lilly. They are super fast getting us quotes and always responsive if there is an issue. Amanda, our rep, is amazing.

You will never do better than Shiplilly for price and dervice. I have had many shippers and they are the best. Flavia Brito is terrific !!! She does what she says and is always on top of my international shipment.
