Very UNHAPPY ordered parts for a client payment was taken out of my account and because of incorrect invoicing by rep money was returned alongside part. Now client won't get car for maybe another 5 days and money won't be back for another 5 days no call to inform me of mistake no nothing

Long hold times and hanging up on customers. Unprofessional. I've called 4 times to get a price for a part for a customer's vehicle and have been hung up on all 4 times before even saying hello. If I could leave 0 Stars, I would.

Reps hung up the phone on me 3 times, you would think that the calls are being disconnected, but their doing this purposely to other people who tried calling as well. How do i know? because my brother tried calling multiple times as well. These reps should be reprimanded, their getting way too comfortable. They must realize its the business reputation that they have on the line. I personally will be going down there to speak with a manager on this issue. Id love to have a talk with the corporate office of this business as well, and for sure i will be finding out if they do have one...
