OK job good pay and benefits but nothing in the long run. no short term or long term disability benefits. Don't get hurt you only have workers comp protecting you.

1 STAR only because zero isn't an option. Yes, they're that bad. Had 3 pallets to deliver to a job and 3 different times they failed to deliver to the customer. He experinced same thing from other vendors shipping to this customer that had to use this terminal. They just don't care!

Dock supervisor or dispatcher made me wait for over two hours while the drivers were doing nothing. Waited till the next shift to get the trailer with the freight so I can get my skid. Just didn’t care a was waiting. The warehouse personal want to work and take care of customers but supervisors really don’t let them . Will try another freight company next time.

I'm a business customer and the dispatcher handling LTL's lies repeatedly about pickup ETA's. First midday, them 3 then 4 then next day. Next day comes and still no show. Do they go out and drink their lunch?
