Our dryer of 10+ years was (in what we feared) it’s last breath, so we knew we had to not only get our dryer duct cleaned (we have a 30+ year house), but we also needed a professional to service and run full diagnostics on our machine. Not all companies can do these two services, we looked. In come Eagle Union, our tech Ulysses is very knowledgeable, thorough, articulate and professional. He first came to do full diagnostics on the machine, examine our ducts (two story home), and clearly explained what needed to get done to get our dryer working as it should, and provided us with a fairly accurate estimate of what the final cost would be of their services (after cost of parts). We couldn’t be happier with the end result, we now have a fully working machine, and no new dryer purchase was needed! What’s best, it was a more than fair price for all the work he did in our home. Both he and his wife were very responsive and communicative with scheduled service times, status of order of parts, cost and invoicing. Such a pleasure to work with this small business! I’m already recommending them to my neighbors, family and friends! Old reviews don’t do justice to the current service we received from this business! So grateful to have found such a great team! WARNING Eagle app. is probable ok if you never have a problem but if you do there are the worst!! bought frig on 8-17-16 went bad the next day called several times don't answer my calls worst Co. I ever dealt with you might won't to go someplace else I wish I read this from someone before I dealt with this Co.

Don't go there, the appliances are old often defective or brokenIf you call them, they kindly answer yesss, we 'll come now or tomorrow and they never come nor call you back-I think it is the worst appliances company of the MIAMI area- not professional at all

We bought a stackable washer/dryer. We asked the owner's wife if we could sell them our old washer, since it was only 2 years old, and had a new water pump on it already. She told us that they didn't accept old machines. When they went to install the stackable, my son in law was there, and he didn't know of the owner saying no to our request. They took our washer and when we called them the next day to find out what happened, they had already sold our machine. The owner only gave us back $50 even though they had told us they didn't accept old machines. These people are very dishonest and we will never buy from them ever again.
