I’ve used them in the past and the experience was good but this recent experience has been terrible. I literally live 10 minutes away and for the past 3 weeks they have told me they will deliver the box. I called Thursday because I was off of work and told them I could pass by to get the box and the lady assured me that Saturday I will have the box delivered. It’s Monday and nothing yet.

What a lack of respect on your part, I sent a box by air more than 10 days ago and it is the children's Christmas clothes and they were unable to deliver it, we called and they don't answer the phone, they really don't deserve a star so irresponsible ??????

I have been using them for a while now and I feel satisfied and safe.The distribution on arrival in the DR is done by themselves. THEY DO NOT SUBCONTRACT CARRYING. This offers me the guarantee that the content arrives intact.They are truly serious and recommendable.

I used their services for the first time and I had a bad experience with them. They opened the box and stole some things I sent, I reported it and they told me that they would give me an answer when the investigation was finished and that was very irresponsible months ago.
